Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed, our team begins processing your order within 1β3 business days. For custom or made-to-order items, additional processing time may be required. You will be notified via email once your order is prepared for shipment.

Large or heavy items such as window units may require freight shipping and may include special handling.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your shipment. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
Freight Deliveries and Large Items
For oversized or bulk orders, delivery will be scheduled via freight carriers. The shipping company will contact you in advance to coordinate a convenient delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment and inspect the item upon delivery for any signs of damage.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time. If you have any questions regarding delivery to your location, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, along with photo evidence, for us to file a claim and arrange a replacement.
